A modern hotel in a quiet location, handy to many bars and restaurants with good public transport options. Staff were helpful and welcoming with a receptionist always on hand. Cleaning was included in our rate and we were very happy with this service, but note that while the rooms have cooking facilities, they lack dish drying towels and sink plugs, cleaning staff do not take care of dishes during your stay. Otherwise our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Being an inside room it was very quiet. Lifts service all floors. Note there is a small but good supermarket nearby.

Great room. Large for European standard. Bed in room was great. Kitchen had all the essentials needed. Bathroom was clean. Shampoo and shower gel smelled really good. Enough towels for all of us. Room was clean and set up for us upon arrival. Complementary tea and coffee offered in the room. As well as water which was a great touch. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English and made an effort to make sure we had what we needed. Even offered to order us a taxi when we were leaving.

I loved the decor and amenities. It was quiet and I slept well. The bed was comfy and the shower was very large. Having cutlery was very useful. The staff was very nice and it was clean. I walked everywhere from the hotel to visit the museums and parks. It’s a convenient location and safe. I walked back late at night after going Latin dancing and felt safe.

Staff were professional, attentive, and friendly. We asked for one thing to be fixed in our room and it was done the same day. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was great, nearby tapas Bar Gerard was really good, short walk to metro and to hub of La Latina

Newly refurbished apart-hotel, all the fixtures and fittings were new and in good condition, the bed was very comfy. I loved the location in La Latina, a short walk from ‘tapas street’ and the metro and it was easy to walk into the old town and many of the main tourist sites. It is short-stay apartments not a hotel so the service reflects that, e.g.rooms are not not cleaned daily unless you request it - personally I have no problem with that, rooms do not need cleaning daily and therefore it keeps the price lower.

The room was comfortable and clean and a great base for a trip of a few days as it had a small kitchenette with a fridge. It was only a 15 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and even quicker to the Palace of Madrid.

We absolutely loved our time here! We stayed in a Superior Double Room designed like a studio, with a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom, a small kitchenette, and even a little hallway with a dressing area. The room was clean, quiet (facing the inner courtyard), and had everything you need for a few days: stovetop, mini-fridge, microwave, AC, etc. The bed and pillows were super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and a concert in the evening. The location is great – a safe area, just a 15-minute walk to the Royal Palace, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s also a Dia supermarket about 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. And if you’re heading to a concert at La Riviera, it’s just a 20-minute walk – super easy! We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out, and the fact that check-out is until 12:00 PM – such a nice perk! Special thanks (y un abrazo) to Javi for being so friendly and welcoming. Bottom line – we highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Madrid!

Excellent hotel and worth every penny we paid, staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome, room exceeded our expectations and we requested new towels etc every day and this was never to much trouble. Room was very clean and aircon always kept the room cool even during 35+ heat ! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel. We used the airport transfer and the driver was prompt for collecting us and returning us to the airport.

Good location. Excellent staff at Reception, very friendly and efficient. The room was small but comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The small coffee machine was a nice touch.
