Good location. Excellent staff at Reception, very friendly and efficient. The room was small but comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The small coffee machine was a nice touch.

Very good location, 10 minutes' walk from Plaza Mayor, all the most interesting tourist sights (including museums) within walking distance, but also a metro station nearby; plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed, very good pillows and linen, spacious wardrobe with several hangers. Useful mini-kitchen, large bathroom with quality towels but without storage space. Very kind and friendly staff, notable Isaac who speaks French; all team very helpful, they provided us with a kettle and an iron upon request, they assisted us with professionalism on the check-in / check-out, taxi transfers and info regarding scenic walking routes. Thank you! Hope to return one day!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick to help us when we needed help with our blinds. They were nice and made great conversation with us. Their recommendations for breakfast and dinner places near the hotel and around Plaza Mayor were wonderful. The location is very easy to call a taxi from using Cabify and is also very accessible. There are grocery stores within walking distance. The airport pickup is also very affordable and efficient. Walking around the area, La Latina, is fantastic and beautiful—Plaza Mayor is just nearby too. The hotel room itself is quite spacious and the balcony is charming. The fridge is big and the kitchenette has a microwave. Overall, it was well worth the price given that it was very affordable.

Very clean and modern. Apartment had everything you needed. Upmarket toiletries which was a nice touch. Room was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t help enough. Especially Isaac who welcomed us warmly and gave us a whole list of recommendations. We did get room service and were extremely impressed with the price and quality of the food.

Very nice kitchenette, including nesoressoncoffee maker, and an electric kettle for heating water. Updated bath with plenty of hot water and water power. Excellent Taft arranged all my local transportation(taxis, and a house shuttle was scheduled for train station and airport.

It was fresh and nice, I had everything I needed to live for few days and even to cook some meals. There’s also really nice tapas restaurants nearby, supermarkets, etc. I loved it that going to Malasaña is super easy by foot, as well as many other touristic places! 🫶🏽

My stay at L&H La Latina was wonderful. This hotel is very modern, and located in a spectacular part of Madrid. It's a bit outside the main tourist zones, but that's why it was recommended to me - I opted to instead to do more walking and enjoy a local feel. The staff were wonderful, and there is a cute bar right downstairs. AC worked well given it was a very hot few days while I visited Madrid. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Loved the location, and especially the good vibes of the staff. It's a small hotel and everybody is so nice, they really make you feel at home. The room was good, clean and quiet. As others mentioned, bathroom was not ideal (missing a shelf for your staff) but that's really minor compared to the advantages of the place. Highly recommend for couples and solo travellers, we will definitely come back

I had a fantastic stay at L&H La Latina Collection in Madrid! The hotel's modern design, coupled with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, made me feel right at home. The room was stylishly appointed and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, situated in the vibrant La Latina neighborhood, with countless restaurants and attractions just steps away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I would definitely choose L&H La Latina Collection again for my next visit to Madrid!

The room was excellent nice, clean and tidy. All the things you need are provided in the room. Really loved the staff they are amazing very helpful and friendly, I met with 6 of the staff at the reception (can’t remember the names 😩) and all served with with a smile and very educated and they make you feel like home. The location of the hotel is perfect, its in a quite street and really close to the centre (like 10-15 min walk).
